What is it?

The Ty Mawr Arms is a wonderful country pub located on Graig Road, Cardiff.

Why you should visit?

This one-time farmhouse has one of the best beer gardens in the city.

On a sunny day you can take in the breathtaking views over Cardiff and the Severn estuary.

The interior is traditional with open fires and exposed beams - but outside in the sun is where you want to be.

Dine on delicious home cooked food and unwind in the large and relaxing beer garden.

Food and Drink....

A good range of local ales and continental lagers ranging from £2.30-£3.60.

Food-wise, you can go for straightforward steaks (up to £16), Pembrokeshire gammon and Celtic Pride Welsh beef, or if you are more adventurous try mustard-coated whole baked trout (£9).

Did you know...

The pub is meant to be haunted by an old woman who used to live here when it was a farm - there have been incidents of glasses mysteriously shattering!!!
