Our annual reader issue has become legendary - and we love that we can forget about models for one month and hand over our May issue to YOU!
Yep, no models in our fashion and beauty section, just real girls. But we're not looking for size 8, 6ft model-esque girls. We want all different shapes, sizes and looks to represent all you amazing British girls. In fact, what we really want you to have is style, a quirky personality and a love of clothes.
Street style is so important to informing the trends, and we love looking at all of your style blogs - so we know how stylish you all are, so please get applying! And for the fourth year in a row, we’ve teamed up with River Island to make it super-easy to enter – wherever you live. To enter, simply visit River Island's site at www.styleinsider.riverisland.com and upload your picture to the Casting Call gallery. There will be loads of extra content on Company.co.uk too, including hints and tips from the judges, our fave entry every day of the competition (who will each win £30 of River Island vouchers, so keep your eyes peeled!) plus how to get the look with River Island's amazing SS12 collections.
The competition will be open from 20 January to 9 February, when we will choose 12 girls - including one lucky reader who will be voted for by the public on River Island's Style Insider site - to come down to London for the final on Friday, 24 February. You’ll get your hair and make up done and a professional photo shoot styled by Team Company! Plus, you’ll get to keep your River Island outfit from the shoot – worth over £100!
A panel of experts from Company and River Island will then choose their top six, who will be notified at a later date. Those six will then come back to London for their Company fashion or beauty shoots.
