Being pulled over by the police is terrifying enough, let alone getting arrested for no reason at all. In an attempt to think outside the typical promposal box (or maybe to scare the poor guy into saying yes), one bold lady somehow convinced the local cops to pull over her date and fake arrest him (cuffs and all!) while she waited in the back of the police car with a sign that said "Prom?" Putting your crush though the wringer isn't the best way to get them psyched for prom, but in this case, it seems to have worked!
