Agent Provocateur - Press Office Intern
We are looking for a Press Office Intern to assist the Press Assistant and Press Officer in overall running of the Press Office. This is mainly an admin role, a big part of which is to keep all office systems organised.
Key responsibilities
Keep diaries and yearly press timeplan up to date and in order. Ensure press team are aware of changes to office diary, appointments, meetings and important dates
Make all necessary arrangements for meetings such as scheduling, booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, reports and refreshments
To ensure the press showroom is kept tidy and the relevant collection is out on display at all times
Assist Press Assistant in organising and tracking all press office samples
Assist Press Assistant with global sample send outs for editorial shoots
To keep track of any outstanding sample returns from stylists or celebrities
To keep the sample storage room organised and to ensure all sample returns are returned to the correct place
Organisation of press coverage by filing clippings and archiving electronically
Oversee upkeep of all filing systems in the office including PC systems
Any ad hoc duties or projects as directed by the Head of Press
Key skills / experience required
At least 1 previous work experience placement in a similar environment such as in a press, fashion or PR environment
Team support role that would suit someone very enthusiastic and keen to progress within fashion PR
High organisational ability and practical office management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and sometimes under pressure
Confident with all computer packages including Word, Excel and Photoshop
Must be enthusiastic for the AP brand

Markus Lupfer - Studio Internship
We are looking for someone available for an immediate start. Interview's are on Friday
The successful applicant will gain a thorough understanding of how a fast moving design studio works by being involved with all it's aspects in the sampling room including pattern cutting, sewing, and production.
This means the student will be mainly working along side the pattern cutter, helping to get toiles and samples cut out and sewn.
We’re looking for students from a fashion-oriented course who are responsible, motivated and have knowledge of pattern cutting and garment construction. Someone with a positive attitude would be successful
